8 Lessons of Leadership from Nelson Mandela

No. 1 Courage is not the absence of fear — it’s inspiring others to move beyond it

No. 3 Lead from the back — and let others believe they are in front

No. 4 Know your enemy — and learn about his favorite sport

No. 5 Keep your friends close — and your rivals even closer

No. 6 Appearances matter — and remember to smile

No. 7 Nothing is black or white

Germany Vs Turkey

Venue: St Jakob-Park, Basel

Well, today is a day of semifinal b/w Germany & Turkey, So ,i think we would be feel good to reflect back on how both these teams got these level
How they got to the Semi’s

Germany:
In League : Germany played its first game against poland, & had a 2-0 victory. The next game was to prove their stuff but they lost got some kicks from Croatia 2-1. The last and featured game for Germany was against Austria and Germany were lucky to get through as the scrapped to a 1-0 win, they cant get into q-final unless god of luck showed its nano eyes to it.,
Then came q-fianl against Portugal was a thrilling game, Portuguese dreamed to win due to Germany ‘s last two games statistics., but Germany spitted some water while they dreamed & prooved the critics wrong and came out the victors in a smashing 3-2 win

Turkey:
In League : Just like indian movie heroes Turkey got their first smash and slapp from Portugal, in which they were defeated 2-0. Turkey’s next game was against Switzerland which both teams that was terrible coz they have to win to procced in EURO ‘08 ,Swiss took in the first half but the second half came and Turkey overturned it to 2-1. The final group game for Turkey was against an Czechers and it was the game that will never forgooten by turkies and they turned from 2-0 down to win it 3-2.

But all was not to be for Slaven Bilic’s men, the game was 0-0 after 90 minutes and it went to extra time with Croatia scoring 90 seconds from the end Turkey still managed to equalise and win in an their favourites goal points ‘ 3-2 ’ in penalities.

Motorized Sprayer..,!

Hah! Hah! thats 4 me., Coz i m too lazy to push,Clean., Here it Come to an end.,
We are proudly introducing., which was found in net., THE MOTORIZED SPRAYER

There’s been countless inventions over the years that have made our lives easier, but at some point we have to draw the line. And I think a motorized spray bottle is as good a place as any to start. This 48oz model from Cepia can be filled with any liquid whether it be water, soap, herbicides or even pesticides, and pushing the small trigger button will cause the electric motor to automatically pump and spray for as long as you keep it pressed. Now I realize that if your home is filled with plants, watering them on a daily basis can get to be a bit tedious. But if you actually find the act of squeezing the trigger on a spray bottle to be too arduous a task, then I’d seriously suggest getting rid of some of your indoor foliage before resorting to a motorized spray bottle. But if you must have one, you can find it online for about $8-10.

IBM & APPLE

I just gone through some of the book in ma home which was bought some year later.
and found some interesting topic on that.,

I just planned to blog it here.,
its completing about APPLE & IBM

One of the most dramatic examples of the back-to-zero effect can be found with the development and marketing of the personal computers. if i had written in 1975 that two young men, neither of whom had finished his college education, would create a computer in their garage that would force the IBM Corporation to drastically change, within five years., its methods of manufacturing, software production, sales and machine security, how many of you taken me seriously.,? Go ON.,

But thats exactly what happened steve Jobs and Steve Woznaik did it When they created their APPLE computers and its marketing strategy. That was brilliant rules and conditions in them.,

when the Apple II came out in 1977, there is no question that people @ IBM and other mainframe computer companies laughed, And in 1982., almost all of them were trying to emulate apple's paradigm.,

And, now lets check my everybody-goes-back-to-zero thesis by four rules which was followed by IBM is that of critical to their success.

1. IBM manufactured the heart of their computers, hte microprocessor. in fact, IBM was one of the best at that in the world.,

2. IBM always wrote s/w for its companies with the help of its own talented s/w developers

3. And also., All the IBM products were sold by IBM super sales people., the best in the world.

4. No one was allowed to open up an IBM product xcept the IBM person.,

And finally Apple came changed all their rulz and played all bla! blaz! with IBM.,

Key point of this summary is., Apple wrote the rules, they were a good set of rules that added up to a powerful new paradigm. the result was that others followed., With its rules., Apple defined a a market that did not exist in 1975. it will be a $100 -billion market by the turn of the century all because of their rulz and they created a new paradigm.,

Opera Headphones use Kleer Wireless Technology

Korean company DigiFi has developed a product known as the Opera, which has nothing to do with a certain genre of musical theater. However, if you want to use it to listen to opera, it will work for that.

This might not be obvious from the photo, but the Opera is a pair of headphones that was designed to wrap around the back of your head with an ear bud on each side. Even though the ear buds are attached, there is no cord connecting this headset to the iPod. Instead of a cord, it uses Kleer technology.

For those of you who are not familiar with Kleer, it is a wireless technology that claims to have better specifications than Bluetooth. In the case of the Opera, all you need to do is plug in the Kleer wireless transmitter to the MP3 Player’s headphone jack, and the headphones will be synced wirelessly to your player.
